The Russian navy had declined to Austria-Hungary, which was navy force barely stronger than Russia’s. The costs of the war were big enough to greatly affect the Russian economy. Around 40,000 to about 70,000 men had died. Russia had also lost not all of its entire Pacific and Baltic fleets, but virtually almost all of it. As well as its international esteem. Their public union was stunned by their very restrained peace terms. Which were negotiated at the end of the war. The discontent of citizens all around Japan had spread when the announcement was released. Riots had also burst in the major cities. Finally, after such a pricey win, two specific requirements were expected. Which were monetary reparations of Japan, and territorial gains. Unfortunately, they were lacking in attendance.
Together, Russia and Japan have their equal amount of consequences. Their issues were essentially supposed to be resolved by the war. However, it comepletely backfired on the plan. Both countries formulated a semi-downfall for themselves. Thses were unfortunately the results after the Russo-Japanese War.
